Your main focus will be driving new user growth and improving key performance metrics such as CPS, Gross Profit, and LTV / CAC. You will achieve this through rapid creative testing, campaign optimization, setup improvements, and scaling winning approaches across new and existing acquisition verticals.

The flagship projects of Fjor is 1) Keto Diet App, an industry-leading iOS application catering to the keto and low-carb market in the USA and 2) Formula.care that focus on carnivore and mediterranean diets. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive user acquisition at scale.
  2. Develop and execute UA strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining efficiency (CPS, Gross Profit, ROAS, LTV).
  3. Manage daily budgets ($80K-$120K/day) across channels with a focus on performance optimization.
  4. Run rapid creative testing in collaboration with the creative team: launch 150-200+ new creatives per week, scale winners, and kill underperformers fast.
  5. Analyze performance data deeply to generate insights and iterate on ads, audiences, optimization and funnels.
  6. Work cross-functionally with creative, growth and analytics teams to maximize acquisition outcomes.
  7. Continuously research and implement new strategies, trends, and platform innovations.
  8. Contribute to funnel optimization: collaborate with product and web teams to improve conversion rates (C1), ARPU, and LTV.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social UA at high scale, preferably in mobile/web subscription businesses.
  2. Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how to optimize for both short-term and long-term value (CPS, Gross Profit, ROAS, LTV).
  3. Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amplitude.
  4. Experience with creative strategy and testing: ability to test, evaluate, and scale creative assets systematically.
  5. Analytical mindset: comfortable working with dashboards, pulling reports, identifying actionable insights.
  6. Proactive and autonomous: you take ownership and drive projects without micromanagement.
