This will be achieved through rapid experimentation in existing funnels and the strategic development of new verticals.

Fjor Nutrition INC. is a consumer health company dedicated to developing an AI-powered nutrition assistant that empowers individuals to maintain and enhance their overall health and well-being while making personal self-care accessible, efficient, and enjoyable. The flagship projects of Fjor is 1) Keto Diet App, an industry-leading iOS application catering to the keto and low-carb market in the USA and 2) Formula.care that focus on carnivore and mediterranean diets. The company has achieved over $40M in sales, 7M installations, and 500K subscribers since launch.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Growth Product Strategy and Execution. Own and execute a product growth strategy to increase Conversion Rate (C1), ARPU, and LTV, aligning all initiatives with company revenue goals.
  2. Lead Data-Driven Experiments. Execute 50+ high-impact growth experiments per quarter, driving measurable improvements in key monetization metrics and capturing actionable insights.
  3. Develop New Funnels and Verticals. Design, launch, and validate X new revenue-generating funnels per quarter.
  4. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team. Recruit, onboard, and manage a team specializing in product growth and monetization, fostering accountability and alignment with growth objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Growth Leadership. Proven ability to drive product growth and monetization, with 5+ years of experience and a track record of improving key metrics like C1, ARPU, and LTV.
  2. Monetization Expertise. Proven expertise in monetization strategies, including optimizing web funnels and implementing high-impact, revenue-generating tactics.
  3. Data-Driven Skills. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like SQL, Amplitude, and Metabase for experimentation and strategy development.
  4. Team Leadership. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering accountability and alignment with growth objectives.
  5. Hands-On Execution. Willingness to contribute as an individual contributor when needed, with a strong focus on execution excellence.
  6. Collaboration and Communication. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align product, marketing, and engineering teams effectively.
  7. Ownership and Proactivity. Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of growth initiatives and consistently deliver impactful results.
  8. AI Tools and Automation. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and automation technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, or AI-based data analysis tools) to optimize workflows, accelerate experimentation, and enhance strategy development.
  9. English Proficiency. Advanced verbal and written communication skills, equivalent to C1 level or higher.
